Psychotherapy focuses on emotional healing, self-understanding, and working through patterns rooted in your past or present experience. It’s often helpful when you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or struggling with anxiety, trauma, self-worth, or relationship dynamics. Therapy offers a safe, supportive space to explore what’s beneath the surface and develop greater insight and resilience.

Coaching, on the other hand, is more future-focused and goal-oriented. It’s helpful when you’re seeking clarity, accountability, or momentum in a particular area—whether that’s setting boundaries, improving communication, navigating life transitions, or creating structure around your priorities.

While they are different approaches, therapy and coaching can complement each other beautifully. Depending on your needs, we may draw from both, blending deep insight with practical tools to support your growth.

I’m a therapist and coach who helps people get unstuck, whether that’s with food, body image, relationships, trauma, clutter, boundaries, or burnout. With over 25 years of experience supporting growth and change, I offer a unique mix of high challenge, deep compassion, and practical tools to help you make lasting shifts in your life.

Many of my clients are women in midlife navigating their relationship with food, body, self-worth, or their sense of purpose; I also work with anyone who is ready to do the deeper work of seeing what’s keeping them stuck and choosing something different. Together, we uncover patterns, build insight, and move forward with clarity.

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and rooted in curiosity. I draw from a range of evidence-informed modalities, including Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and the Enneagram. Whether you’re here for therapy, coaching, or something in between, our work is guided by what matters most to you.

I’m based in Kitchener, Ontario, and work with clients virtually. As a registered social worker (RSW), I provide psychotherapy to clients in Ontario; elsewhere, I offer coaching support. I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Wilfrid Laurier University and am registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.
