Coaching, on the other hand, is more future-focused and goal-oriented. It’s helpful when you’re seeking clarity, accountability, or momentum in a particular area—whether that’s setting boundaries, improving communication, navigating life transitions, or creating structure around your priorities.
While they are different approaches, therapy and coaching can complement each other beautifully. Depending on your needs, we may draw from both, blending deep insight with practical tools to support your growth.
